We offer 100% Free Shipping on all products, to all serviceable pin codes across India, regardless of order size or value. No additional delivery fees will be added at checkout.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday), after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email/SMS once your order is placed and another once it has been dispatched.
3. Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3–7 business days
- Remote/Rural Areas: 5–9 business days
Delivery timelines may vary slightly during festive periods, public holidays, or due to unforeseen logistical delays.
4. Delivery Partners
We work with reliable courier and logistics partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and others to ensure secure and timely deliveries across the country.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, a tracking ID and link will be shared via email and SMS so you can monitor your shipment in real-time.
6. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If the delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, the item may be returned to us. We will contact you to arrange reshipping if needed.
